This is the inside of the speakers tin- as you can see, everything is much neater than the first version (A comparison). The inside is dominated by the 8 ohm speaker, and the space left for the battery. The circuit board is obscured, but you can see part of the op-amp and the gain resistor!

This blog is a place showcasing the various projects I've worked on in the past, various projects i'm currently working on, as well as some of my music and art!

Technology

I've always been interested in the way things work, and have been taking apart anything i can get my hands on ever since i learned how to use a screwdriver.

These projects that i've built vary in complexity and scale, and though many of them may seem whimsical or nonsensical in nature, i try to learn or take something out of each one. In addition, these projects are in a way an application of the things that I've learned, as well as signifying the experience they brought through their creation.

Art

I've been drawing and painting ever since I was a child, and I've continued to create artwork as a pastime. I took drawing lessons for a year and a half at GAGE of Seattle, other than that, I learned everything on my own. I work with charcoal, pencil, ink, watercolor, and acrylics, as well as digital media. I also work in 3D, primarily using Blender. Most of my 3d work is done on low polygon budgets. I'm also the graphics editor and draw for my school newspaper, The Roosevelt News.

Music

Music has always been a large part of my life: I play two instruments- piano and trumpet. I've played piano for 10 years, and trumpet for 8. I play both jazz and classical on both instruments. I play piano for myself at home, but I play trumpet in the second Roosevelt Jazz Band. I have also played in the Roosevelt Symphonic Band, as well as the Roosevelt Symphonic Orchestra.
